Raibīs (Oskars Orlovs) (1983) is a Latgalian poet, writer and musician. Raibīs studied Philology at the Rezekne Academy of Technologies. In 2008 Raibīs recieved the Latgalian Annual Culture Award "Boņuks" for the best debut. He is the author of two plays: Vystu klāvs (2008) and Shortcut (2014) that won the main prize at "The 10 Minutes of Fame" young Latvian playwright reading event.
